Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what information True Frontier collects, why we collect it, and which outside services handle it.

It covers two different groups of people:

  • Website visitors. Anyone who browses or uses https://thetruefrontier.com. Visitors don't log in with Google on our site.

  • Google account holders who authorize our true-frontier-ads app. This is a Google OAuth app we use to manage advertising and read reporting for Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console accounts we're allowed to operate. It isn't a login for our website.

After the two parts, you'll find the sections that apply to everyone: how long we keep information, your rights, breach notice, and changes to this policy.

Summary

  • If you visit our website: we receive what you send through a contact form. The site uses two first-party session cookies, measures traffic with Fathom Analytics, measures ad performance with the Google Ads tag, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. If you arrived from a tagged marketing link, your browser keeps those tags for the session so we can see how you found us.

  • If you book a call: Calendly handles the booking.

  • If you authorize true-frontier-ads: we use the access to operate and manage authorized Google Ads accounts and to read related Google Analytics and Search Console reports. Our use of that data follows Google's Limited Use requirements, and we don't sell it.

  • Anyone can ask us to access, correct, or delete their information by emailing kevin@truefrontierapps.com.

Who we are and how to reach us

True Frontier is the business name of Brandname Maker LLC. In this policy, "True Frontier," "we," and "us" mean Brandname Maker LLC, doing business as True Frontier.

Send any question about this policy to that email address. Our Terms of Use are at https://thetruefrontier.com/terms.

Part A: Website visitors

This part covers each feature or service on thetruefrontier.com that collects or handles information about you.

Contact forms

When you fill out a contact form, we receive what you enter. That's usually your name, email address, phone number, and message, plus anything else you type into the form.

The form sends your submission by email to kevin@truefrontierapps.com. Our website is set up not to save form submissions as entries in its database. We do receive the email, and we use what you sent to respond to you.

Session cookies

Our website runs on Laravel and Statamic. It sets two first-party cookies:

  • XSRF-TOKEN helps protect our forms from cross-site request forgery, an attack where another website tries to submit a form in your name.

  • true_frontier_session keeps track of your browsing session so site features, such as forms, work properly.

We use these cookies for security and to make the site work.

Fathom Analytics

Fathom Analytics is our analytics provider. We use it to understand our website traffic in aggregate, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. Fathom is a privacy-focused analytics service, and it doesn't use cookies to track you for advertising. Our Fathom site ID is ELWJCLPP.

Google Ads tag

Every page on our site includes the Google Ads tag (gtag), using Google Ads ID AW-18498084047. It's a conversion and remarketing tag. We use it to measure how our ads perform and for related advertising measurement.

Google provides this tag, so Google may receive and process data about your visit. The tag may also set or read Google cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Booking a call with Calendly

Our /explore page sends you to Calendly at https://calendly.com/truefrontier/explore to book a call. If you book, Calendly processes your scheduling information under Calendly's own terms and privacy policy.

Attribution data in your browser (tfa_attribution)

If you reach our site through a link that carries marketing tags, our site saves those tags in your browser's sessionStorage under the name tfa_attribution. sessionStorage is storage in your own browser, set by our site. The saved tags can include:

  • utm_* parameters, such as utm_source and utm_campaign

  • click identifiers: gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, and msclkid

We use these values to see how you found us when you contact us or book a call. When you click a Book link that goes to /explore, our site may add these tags to that link so we can attribute how you found us.

Your browser clears this data when the browser session ends, which is usually when you close the tab or window.

Google Fonts

Our site may load fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, so Google may see your IP address.

Cookies and how to control them

Our own cookies are the two session cookies described above. The Google Ads tag may also set or read Google cookies.

We don't currently show a cookie banner on our site. You can control cookies yourself in your browser's settings, usually under Privacy or Security. Most browsers let you:

  • see which cookies a site has set

  • block cookies, either all of them or only third-party cookies

  • delete cookies already stored

  • clear a site's stored data, which also removes sessionStorage such as tfa_attribution

If you block our session cookies, parts of the site, such as the contact forms, may not work.

Part B: Google accounts connected to true-frontier-ads

This part applies to anyone who grants our true-frontier-ads app access through Google's consent screen.

What this app is

true-frontier-ads is a Google Cloud OAuth client. It isn't a login for our website, and website visitors don't use it.

We use it so that Kevin, for True Frontier, can authorize access to Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console accounts he's allowed to operate. Its main job is running and managing advertising for True Frontier.

Permissions the app requests

The app requests these Google OAuth scopes:

Here's what each one means:

  • Google Ads (adwords). Access to Google Ads account data for the accounts you authorize: campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, metrics, and conversions. This scope isn't read-only, because managing campaigns includes making changes such as adjusting budgets and bids. For example, one account Kevin operates through the app is Google Ads customer ID 142-850-7494. That's an advertising account, not a source of website visitor data.

  • Google Analytics (analytics.readonly). Read-only access to Google Analytics (GA4) reporting data for the properties you authorize.

  • Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly). Read-only access to Google Search Console data for the properties you authorize.

How we use Google user data

We use the data these scopes give us for two things:

  • operating and managing Google Ads activity for the accounts you've authorized

  • reading the related Google Analytics and Search Console reporting

We don't use it to provide a login on our website, and we don't sell it to third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

True Frontier's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice, that means:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features of the true-frontier-ads integration for authorized accounts: operating ads and reading reporting.

  • We don't sell that Google user data.

  • We don't use it for unrelated advertising to third parties.

Where we keep access tokens

When you authorize the app, Google issues OAuth tokens. These are credentials that let the app work within the permissions you granted.

We store these tokens locally in environment configuration, such as a .env file, on systems Kevin controls. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to build unrelated profiles of website visitors.

How to revoke access

You can remove the app's access at any time:

  1. Sign in to your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com.

  2. Open Security.

  3. Find the section for third-party apps and connections. Google currently calls it "Your connections to third-party apps & services," but the wording changes from time to time.

  4. Find the app listed as True Frontier or true-frontier-ads, and remove its access.

After you remove access, the app's tokens for your account stop working. You can also email kevin@truefrontierapps.com and ask us to remove the app's access.

How long we keep information

  • Contact form emails: as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business.

  • Session cookies: they expire when your browser session ends or after the time our site sets.

  • Attribution data (tfa_attribution): your browser clears it when the browser session ends.

  • Analytics data: kept according to Fathom's and Google's own practices.

  • OAuth tokens: kept until you revoke access or we no longer need them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal information we hold about you

  • correct it

  • delete it

To make a request, email kevin@truefrontierapps.com.

If there's a data breach

If we become aware of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we'll email potentially affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always at https://thetruefrontier.com/privacy.

This version is effective October 8, 2026.
